We take great care to ensure your package is delivered safely and in perfect condition. Our packaging materials are specially chosen to protect your products and preserve their original form throughout transit.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you can track your order through the email you’ve registered.
What is the estimated delivery time?
- We usually dispatch orders within 2-4 business days based on the location. (1-2 days delay for the festivals)
- For metro cities, it takes 7-8 days to deliver your order.
- We keep almost all products in our inventory, but sometimes we need to source some products directly from the brand to get you the fresh products.
- If you are ordering from Sale or Special Offers dispatches may be a bit delayed.
What are multiple shipments?
After placing your order, you will receive confirmation mail or message on your registered email or phone number. Multiple shipments are completely normal and it means your orders will ship from different warehouses.
Are there any shipment charges applicable?
- Prepaid orders below Rs. 1500 will be charged Rs. 50 shipping charge.
- Prepaid orders above Rs. 1500 will be charged Rs. 100 shipping charge.
We do not ship outside India.
